Two parts potting compound HM-313

Introduction                                                                                           

313 is two parts condensed type silicone sealant, cured under room temperature, release alcohol, no corrosion to PC,PP,ABS,PVC and copper wire. Good adhesion for most electronic material(PP and PE exception)

Properties                                                                                      

1. Transparent, low viscosity, good leveling, suitable for mould pressing of complex electronic element

2. After cured, will be soft rubber-like material, excellent shock resistance

3. Heat resistance, moisture resistance, and excellent resistance, can extend service life of electronic elements.

4. Condensed type, release alcohol, no corrosion to elements.

Used as potting adhesive for power module, electronic element deep layer

shelf life： Silicone potting compound should be stored in shady and cool place. Our sealant has a usable life of 6 months when stay unopened.

Remark                                                                                 

Completely cured sealant is non-toxic, but do not directly contact with eyes or kids. Should keep ventilate when applying. We suggest that before applying, customer had better have a test to make sure our sealant can highly meet your demand.
