RTV-800

RTV-800 is two parts mould making material (A :silicone,major component B: hardner). This product is room temperature cure , with high softness and excellent mobility, tensile strength , tear resistance , etc.

Properties

low viscosity, easy to use ,low hardness, high strength ,suitable to used as brush material ,and mainly used to produce transparent poly-resin and elaborate artifact products ,with excellent performance .

Cure at room temperature , do not need insolation or extra heat

4. Mainly used to produce Polyster , Epoxy products with moderate hardness, easy to demould , limited expansion ,high thermal stability ,the life span is longer than normal rubber .

Pls thoroughly agitate part A before use

Ratio of  Part B and oil (15℃  30%)

Pls adjust ratio of hardner and oil according to specific condition, for example ,room temperature and moisture, etc .

Pls don’t add any oil due to low viscosity of this product .
