Product description

Two parts potting adhesive, with 1.41 refractive index. Normally used as potting adhesive in LED patch. With excellent sealability to PPA & SEMS, high performance in the Red ink testing, impervious, small expansion coefficient, pass the reflow oven under 260℃. Alternating hot and cold water testing more than 200 times. After the test, no separation, no LED damage.

Parameter

Guide

1.     Mix two parts with ratio of 1:1, operating in the dry and dustless .

2.      Thoroughly wash the holder before fluid dispensing, clear the matter that silicone was cured and hinder on the surface then fluid dispensing.

3.     Use dispenser to mix evenly and fluid dispensing. Or put into10mmHg vacuum container and release the bubble at 45℃ .

4.     Before gel injection, warm the holder at the 150℃ for over 30 minutes to remove dampness . fluid dispensing quickly before the holder absorb moisture again.

5.     Put the holder into 100mmHg vacuum container and release the bubble(5minutes) until no bubble.

6.     After finish injection, put it in the 80℃ oven and bake for one hour , then turn the heat up to 100℃ immediately and bake for another 40 minutes. Then bake 2-4hours at 150℃ .It will cured completely.

7.     Put the un-used silicone in the clean airtight container, and put them on the worktable then use it conveniently.

Remark

1.     HM-6402A/B is  additional organic silicon elastomer.  Avoid  Contact with N,P,S,, alkyne, diene, pb,  Sn, Cd,Hg, and  heavy metals. In case it hardens  incompletely or not , clear the surface before potting.

2.     Different operation will lead to different results .such as bubble,  interlayer, degumming, crack glue. Please avoid causing factors, or consult relevant personnel.

3.     Vacuum equipment is an open system and don't be mixed with epoxy resin. in case it cured and hinder, the ideal is to set up a production line of silicon.

4.     Need to use the silicon mixing container and stir bar,  avoid contact silicon with rubber gloves ..

5.     Because the silicon is uneasy to release the bubble,  when the gas and the bubble engulfed in the silicon during the injection, please heating at the begining of the room temperature to release the bubble.

6.     Not good bonding, the reason is incompletely vulcanize, and has not been effective joint with the adhesive. In order to improve the adhesive strength We can raise the  temperature or prolong bake time .

7.     Because we can not control the condition and the way of our products, the technical data should not be as a substitute for user testing. If you doubt the material will inhibit curing, we advise you to do a small compliance test to make sure the certain particular application fit or not, or consulting our company technical staff to get help.

Storage

1.     stay in cool and shady place. 6 months after the date of manufacture. After shelf life, we can keep using after several  all technical indicators met the  specification .

2.     These products does't belong to dangerous goods, so they can be transported as normal chemicals. 

3.     A & B must be sealed in  dry place, But be careful of Leakage
