Properties                                                           

1. Odorless, poisonless,no corrosion, excellent electric insurability and thermal conductivity, low freeness, good adhesiveness.

2. Good resistance to high temperature and aging, have stable performance, can be used under －30℃～＋180℃ for long time.

3. Easy and simple to use, conform to RoHS.

Application                                                        

1.Used as radiator of high calorific value microprocessors, high power device ,etc. (TIM1 and TIM2)

2. Used as radiator for pwer supply module, mobile communication equipment, high power LED backlight module,etc.

Advise to  clean thoroughly all contact surface with solvent (acetone or isopropyl alcohol, etc.) Before coating. can be directly coated on radiator, press gently in order to better fill the minor gap.If necessary pls warm up the grease(40℃-50℃)  to lower the viscosity,in order to get thinner bond line.

Shelf Life                                                          

1.    When stay unopened ,shelf life is 12 months, keep in cool and dry place(-20℃~27℃).

2.    Do not mix this product with other thermal conduction product.

3.    Keep the packaging tight and avoid surface drying or contaminate.

4.    During storage , a small amount of silicone oil may separate out, this is a normal phenomenon, do not have bad effect.If necessary,advise stir before use.

Remark                                                        

Completely cured sealant is non-toxic, but do not directly contact with eyes or kids. Should keep ventilate when applying. We suggest that before applying, customer had better have a test to make sure our sealant can highly meet your demand.
