APPLICATIONS
1. Major used in heat resisting elements as potting adhesive (such as Automobile Parking Sensor)
2. Other hear resisting elements need potting adhesive
PROPERTY
1. Single part, neutral, room temperature cured sealant. Low viscosity, with certain flowability.Without any obvious odour when curing, easy to apply.
2. Suitable for general structure of electronics, used as potting adhesive and insulating material. No corrosion to most metal (except copper)
3. Have strong adhesive
4. Excellent resistance of extreme temperature, and an-ti acid, base, salt, and lube oil.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Silicone encapsulant should be stored at -20℃~27℃.Our sealant has a usable life of 9 months when stay unopened.
REMARK
Completely cured sealant is non-toxic, but do not directly contact with eyes or kids. Should keep ventilate when applying. We suggest that before applying, customer had better have a test to make sure our sealant can highly meet your demand.
Attention
1.This adhesive condense to cure with ratio 10:1 for part A and part B completely mixed. If require shorter or longer cure time which can be reach via adjusting ratio of both components.Normally,we don’t suggest heating, which can result in generating small bubble or pinhole, which have bad effect on appearance and sealing.
2.We suggest that potting thickness should not more than 50mm,normally thickness of 20mm,can release the bubble by staying still for a while. If require thick potting area, should at least put this mixed adhesive into vacuum container and at 700mmHg for at least 5 minutes.
3. Completely mix two components
4.If require mat effect,pls add the C component, and only after 24-48h of potting, the mat effect comes out.Relatively,higher temperature can accelerate the mat effect, but keep in mind, should be lower than 50C.
5. Color depends on customer’s requirement.

workmanship
Mixing A,B parts according to proportion A:B=10:1 on the basis of weight or volume until evenly. Suggest to stir A and B part respectively before mixing them to make it uniform distribution. Then dispense the adhesive on the potting position. If need high-thermal conductivity vacuum deaeration
is necessary otherwise no need. It can be cured at room temperature or by heating. But it is featured of room temperature curing, there is summertime and wintertime types, the two types are sthe same except for the operation time.
Note:
This silicon rubber is vulcanized by platinum catalys, the nitrogen, sulfur, phoshor and rgano-tin compound material may hinder its vulcanization, so please clean the rosin on the PCB and use the soldering tin with low lead content.
